Who is this course for?
Anyone open to learning practical and powerful ways to work with anxiety. Students of the course are asked to spend about 1 hr a day for 10 days.
What types of anxiety is this for?
Many of us carry around a constant background level of anxiety - sometimes called a generalized anxiety disorder. Sometimes we aren’t even aware of it. This course is ideally suited to help us work with this kind of anxiety.
Many times anxiety is provoked by our external circumstances such as financial strains, or social situations, situational anxiety. There are times when we can change our circumstances to reduce anxiety - and we encourage you to do so.
At other times, however, we don’t have the power to change, or we want something enough that we are willing to face the anxiety. At these times, we need to learn to let anxiety go so we can rest better, and at the same time we can learn to face anxiety to reduce its power in the future. This course will help you grow from this anxiety.
Sometimes we experience anxiety so strong that we have an anxiety attack. This course will help us reduce anxiety levels generally, though, we encourage you to also seek 1-1 support if you have regular anxiety attacks.
