Our natural tendency is to avoid or try to get rid of anxiety. Yet, only by facing anxiety head-on can we really learn about it. Here we uncover the secrets anxiety has for us.

Part 3 - Transforming Anxiety
Anxiety will always be with us, we can't cut it from our life entirely. What we can do is transform it. By looking deeply, we uncover a self-love and compassion at the root of anxiety, creating opportunity for transformation.

Why we offer this course?
I'm Alex Krejci, and I am the founder of Prajna Life Coaching. I wanted to offer this course on anxiety, because it was anxiety that set me on the path that I walk today.
After a decade as a research scientists and academic, and a lifetime of background anxiety, I finally started finding ways to work with anxiety - though it took my first anxiety attack to get me going.
Along my journey, I learned powerful concepts and strategies from sources both ancient and modern that guided me on my own path to transforming anxiety. In this 10-day course, I share with you the foundation that I acquired over an 8 year journey.
